El Grinta features good yield, a
dark green color, and a thick leaf. This slow-bolting
spinach performs well in the Salinas,
California area during the spring and fall harvest periods, and
in the Desert Southwest during fall and Winter harvest
periods. It also features high resistance to race 10
downy mildew.

El Forte is a slow-bolting
variety designed for warmer harvest periods in the
California
and Arizona markets. This spinach features a good green color and
a thick leaf. El Forte has a very erect plant habit
which helps with mechanical harvesting and offers high
resistance to race 10 downy mildew.
